Properties

•	Stainless Steel construction throughout, giving good chemical resistance.

Construction Options

•	LANTECH’S metallic hoses are constructed of annular corrugated tube to BS6501 type B flexibility.( type C flexibility also available)
•	The Stainless steel tube is available in either 321 or 316 grade, with braids in 304 or 316 grades as standard. Specials are available in Monel for applications such as chlorine transfer.
•	Single or double braided assemblies available

Fittings

•	A wide range of materials and end fittings are available which include BSP, NPT, flanged and hygienic styles.

Specials

•	LANTECH can also steam and electrically traced heated hoses, where a constant product temperature needs to be maintained.
•	Hoses can be internally lined in either PTFE or a smooth stainless steel stripwound; this protects the corrugated tube against abrasion and allows for high flow rates.
•	The hoses can have various protect outer covers fitted such as pro-coil to stop abrasion of the external braids, Insulation which protects the operator and helps retain the heat in the product and bend eliminators which stop the hose being over bent at the end connections.
•	Duplex hose assemblies are available, where the product needs to maintained at a constant temperature.
