Flexible Metallic Assemblies

We manufacture stainless steel, flexible hose assemblies from 1/4" nb up to 6" nb using the best quality products available!

We specialise in offering an emergency breakdown service with a quick turnaround, but we can also produce large quantity orders for shutdowns / engineering projects. 

Hose Protection

For added protection to your stainless steel assemblies, we can provide the following covers:

	Fire Sleeve - inner glass fibre braided sleeve, coated with a red oxide silicone rubber outer. It resists molten splash for up to 1650°.
	Spring Guard - stainless steel spring guard offered with an open or closed pitch. Used to protect hoses from external abrasion and damage.
	Stripwound Tubing - stainless steel stripwound tube can be placed over our hose assemblies as added protection against kinking and also, abrasion.

 

Flexible Metallic Assemblies Fittings

	BSP Cone Seat and Flat Face Female, BSPT and BSPP Males - also barrel males. Other threaded connections available, including JIC, metric etc.
	Camlock Male and Female Ends.
	Slip-on and Weld Neck Flanges - including ASA150, ASA300, PN16 and Table E in both stainless and mild steel.
	Hygienic Fittings - including Tri-clamp, RJT, DIN, SMS and IDF. All assemblies with hygienic end fittings purged with Argon for a cleaner weld.
	Other Fittings - in addition to the usual straight-end fittings, we can also supply jump size fittings and 90° / 45° elbows.
