Steam Cleaning Hose Assemblies
For steam cleaning at temperatures up to +165°C and hot water washing in food processing plants, transfer of hot liquid foodstuffs and also suitable for reel
mounted applications.
ALL ASSEMBLIES ARE 100% PRESSURE TESTED AND SUPPLIED WITH INDIVIDUAL IDENTIFICATION AND TEST CERTIFICATED.

● Food grade quality white inner tube, oil-resistant
● Excellent cover resistance to animal/vegetable grease
● Non-staining cover
● Contains no Phthalate
Inner Tube: Food grade oil resistant NBR, white, smooth
Reinforcement: Synthetic textile
Cover: Oil and weather resistant NBR/ PVC, blue
Temperature Range: -20°C to +100°C
Sizes: From minimum ID of 13.0mm/ OD of 23.0mm to maximum ID of 25.0mm/OD of 37.0mm
Working Pressure (steam): 6 bar @ +165°C.
Working Pressure (water): 20 bar
Bursting Pressure: 60 bar
Standard Approval: EU regulation no. 1935/2004 and 2023/2006 FDA regulation no. 21 CFR 177.2600
