Wired Reinforced PVC Hose

PVC hoses are lightweight, flexible and are reinforced with either polyester yarn, wire helix or a combination of both depending on the application. Our range of PVC hoses are manufactured from low toxic materials requirements for complete elimination of taste and odour transfer. Making these hoses suitable for the delivery of air, water, most oils and fuels, chemicals, and food applications.

The Armorvin HNA hose is an exceptional food-grade, excellent quality PVC suction hose. This hose is perfectly engineered containing strong steel spiral reinforcement to avoid any failures on the vacuum lines. This hose is ideally suited for food Methanol, Bio-Diesel, Water and Ethanol applications. In addition, this hose has the extra benefit of being transparent, which allows the user to see what is happening inside the hose.

The Armorvin PVC hose is a crystal clear, non-toxic, flexible hose which is exceptionally designed to resist weather conditions and can with stand temperatures ranging from -5°C to + 65°C.

Note: That PVC hoses are not essentially the most resistant material to some of the above said liquids, however it is generally selected, due to it being the only transparent hose material available.

We can also offer a polyurethane version of the wire reinforced suction hose, which is ideally suited for the transfer of fatty oils both culinary and industrial.
